    Beam me up Lightroom!

    Screen Grab of Flickr-

Screen grabbing in Flickr- it happens (not what the blog is about)!

So I have mentioned Adobe’s Lightroom on my blog before. It is what I use 85% of the time when I’m in my postproduction workflow mode. Lightroom was designed for the photographer and is powerful on so many levels- one of the features the architects of this program wanted was for the end user to be able to export his/her work to websites and web applications without leaving the interface of the program. keep it simple stupid – I prefer “keep it stupid simple” but I digress. So I, like many others like to post to Flickr. So it was not long before a plug-in was made to take images from Lightroom to Flickr in one step. The creator is a guy named Jeffery Friedl and he’s done a great job. The plug-in is free but he does ask for a donation. You can access it here: http://bit.ly/14ABh Jeffery has even gone as far as to tie in a tweet that will post when images have been posted to flickr. Bet there is Twitter Plug-in as well just need to seek it out!
